WOONG DESIGNS Refund Policy

At WOONG DESIGNS, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
● We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of your order's delivery.
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note, we do not accept returns for:
o Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags
o Custom-made or personalized items
o Fashion Jewellery (Bracelets & Neck Pieces)
o Beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
o Gift cards
o Final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please:
Email us at connect@woongdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our team to review and approve your return request.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
● Approve the refund if the item meets our return conditions
● Refund the amount to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days
If your return is rejected (due to condition, etc.), we will notify you by email.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
● Please mention it clearly when requesting a return.
● Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
● If your preferred item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our quality.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at connect@woongdesigns.com with photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
● First check your bank account again.
● Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
● Next, contact your bank.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, or as per the brand’s specific return window, whichever is mentioned on the product page.
2. Return Conditions
All products are dispatched only after a thorough quality check.
If a return is requested claiming the product was damaged, the buyer must provide clear unboxing videos or photos as proof within 24 hours of delivery. Without valid proof, such return or refund requests may not be accepted.
To be eligible:
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
● Items must be returned in their original packaging.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Once approved, you will receive steps to ship the product back to us.
- Returns should be shipped within Insert time — e.g., 3–5 days after approval.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
